<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The renter must have a valid European or International driving license, issued at least one year before the rental.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Over half an hour delay renter will be charged an additional day.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">A credit card at driver’s name is always required.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">If renter’s credit card is not valid or does not have the sufficient amount for the deposit required, service will not be provided.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Accepted credit cards: Visa and MasterCard<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">No accepted any prepaid card, American Express and Diners.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The deposit is held on the credit card until the car is returned; notice that it depends on the bank for the release of the deposit.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case the renter does not have the correct documents or false information, the renter will lose all the rights of the reservation with no refund.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case of any damage on the vehicle for theft and loss of items in the car the insurance does not cover the renter and the renter is responsible for this.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case of an accident police report needed, if the renter do not report and do not have a police report, the damage will not be covered by insurance.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Underneath, roof, glasses, mirrors, tires and wheels are not covered by any insurance company in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Greece</st1:place></st1:country-region>.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">A pre-authorized amount may require on FWD insurance as deposit for uninsured parts of the vehicle.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case of excessive dirt the company will charge biological cleaning and will be proved by photo’s and charged from the credit card up 100.- euro.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">If the exterior or interior damage of the vehicle is a consequence of your negligence or due smoking, being under drugs or alcohol influence you will pay the total value of the damage regardless the excess deposited.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Loss of keys will be charged the amount of the official dealer.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Damages by weather conditions due customer’s negligence are not covered by insurance and the renter is responsible for this. <o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Pets and massive items are not allowed to be carried, such as kite equipment.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Cancellation up on 48 hours 100% refund<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Cancellation less than 48 hours 50% refund.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case of No show, no refund.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">In case no appear in two (2) hours after confirmed pick up time or delay without any notification, the company has the right to declare No Show and not provide the car of show up later and there is no refund.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">No refund for unused days.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">All term, conditions and prices are subject to change.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span></p>
